Each and every Vassa purse is guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours of completion. Each purse has a maximum production time which is listed in the purse information box.
Each purse comes with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. In order to activate this guarantee the purse must be shipped back and recieved by the Vassa service department.

This guarantee does not extend to personal destruction of the purse either thru neglect or willfullness.
This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear of the purse and is based on the assumption that the owner of the purse maintains the purse in an appropriate enclosure when not in use.
